Dat biedt de Shiftmethode van Willem Geene, is mijn persoonlijke ervaring.
De wekelijkse tips, de meditaties en achtergrondinformatie leveren een schat aan inzicht en praktische oefeningen.
STOP MET AARDIG ZIJN?!?
JA. Dit is namelijk de valkuil: je richt je op de verwachtingen van anderen en bent dus altijd aardig, vriendelijk en beleefd. Tegelijkertijd vergeet je wat je zelf wilt. Dat bouwt zich op totdat je depressief wordt of juist de bom barst.
Deze negatieve spiraal doorbreek je met de methode van geweldloze communicatie. Ook wel verbindende communicatie. Je leert te vertrouwen op je eigen
gevoelens en behoeften. Zo kun je bepalen wat goed voor je is. Dit geeft duidelijkheid: voor jezelf, je familie en collega's.
3. Rake vragen
Rake Vragen, ontwikkeld door Siets Bakker, kunnen je helpen om op een andere manier naar een situatie of uitdaging te kijken.
Eén vraag kan al voldoende zijn om iets in beweging te brengen dat anders steeds maar zou vastlopen.
